Polymorph Self

(Player's Handbook 3.0, p. 237)

Transmutation
Level: Ranger 4, Sorcerer 4, Wizard 4, Spellthief 4, Consecrated Harrier 4,
Components: V,
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 hour/level (D)

As polymorph other, except that you assume the form of a different creature.

You can change your form as often as desired for the duration of the spell simply by willing it so. Each change is a full-round action. You regain hit points as if having rested for a day only from initial transformation, however.

Note: This spell has been replaced in D&D 3.0 by the version presented in Tome and Blood. With the revised edition D&D 3.5 the spell was completely obsolete; Polymorph Self merged with Polymorph Other and got renamed as Polymorph.
